The Joint Leadership Committee of ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership announced officer and director nominations on May 30 for both the ASAE board and The Center for Association Leadership board.The nominations come on the heels of recently approved ASAE board governance structure changes. Among the approved changes was a retool of the ASAE board, making it the primary governing body and relegating the executive committee to a limited emergency role.
